"Within 24 hours of me buying these sunglasses one of the bands snapped off with little to no pressure applied. The whole thing feels like a scam if I’m totally honest. “Life time guaranteed”, went back to the store to ask for a refund the next day and they told me I couldn’t get one unless I emailed them, so I decided to email them and they sent me a link for returning them but when I tried to submit a return the website kept breaking and wouldn’t let me. Emailed them again to fix the issue but I haven’t gotten an email back. I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous."
