"I got these as a warranty replacement for a pair I bought in 2014, which I have thoroughly loved, but finally cracked where the screw holds the hinge. I was very disappointed to find that this new pair is lacking the spring hinges that made the old pair so comfortable for my large head, and now these squeeze my temples very tightly, making them very unpleasant to wear for any duration."

Excited to wear these
"I have other Delsol products that I've bought on trips (t-shirts and nail polish), and though I always wear one specific brand of sunglasses, I decided to try these b/c I couldn't resist the fun. I bought a few to see which was best, and everyone unanimously agreed these were the ones for me. I'm super excited to wear them, I just hope they protect my eyes well. One note on these is that the sides are not nearly as nice looking live. Also, I will say that I am disappointed in Delsol's customer service - the first time I was looking on the site, a chat box appeared so I asked a few questions, but it took almost 20 minutes to get an answer, so I ended up calling, and finally got an answer while on the phone, but the answer was wrong, as confirmed by the person I was speaking to. I'll give that person credit for being super helpful and going to get the actual glasses so she could answer me definitively, though will deduct points for the fact that I needed to provide her with info about their products that she didn't have but I knew from having already read the site. But the part that really upset me is that the promo now is for a free Halloween tote, but I don't celebrate Halloween and asked them to swap it with one that I'd actually use, and they wouldn't do that even though they're all equal value. I'd expect that type of response from Amazon, but when dealing with a smaller company, I'd have expected the human touch and for them to override that to make their customer happy. They say their mission is to create fun, joy, smiles and memories for everyone under the sun, but they've failed me on being able to do so with a tote I cannot use."

"Only complaint is that they seem to have changed their fit. I have several pairs of sunglasses (this is the only brand I’ll invest in (with the exception of a dollar store) based on comfort, style, and the way they stand by their warranties if you save the card (I keep mine all in a zip lock in a drawer) Again my only complaint is they seem to have changed the fit on both the womenâ's and mess glasses. :( hoping they with stretch and mold. Yes this is the same review I wrote for the "one love ivory to pink women's sunglasses". The review is accurate for both pairs. I hope this helps the product is highly recommended based on the companies quality of work and depending on where you live the product will be very unique"
