"I love my water bottle. It keeps all the ice and everything so cold all day and it’s very big. The only problems I have with it is that it does leak and it’s just like a problem for me because anytime I tilted it to the side just a little bit it leaks Only if it’s full, though all the way you know, but if it falls like it will get scratched pretty easily at the bottom so you might want like a sleeve to go on the bottom of it."

"I also purchased the pink to dark pink and it changes somewhat in the sun but not completely. My biggest disappointments are the bottle scratches very easily so it looks worn out after 2 uses and the straw lets in too much air - almost like a plastic straw that has a hold in it. The water does stay pretty cold though."

"I have purchased gray that turns into green. It has never changed color. Stays gray. Flip up straw lid is very sharp, and it does not open all the way. First time using it I cut my tong. I have purchased many things over the years and this is biggest disappointment."

When I reached out to customer service for a replacement, I was not informed that I would need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. After going through the process and sharing my proof of purchase, I received an email confirmation that mentioned the unexpected shipping costs. This lack of transparency and additional complication turned what should have been a straightforward process into a frustrating ordeal. I was hoping for a hassle-free resolution, but instead, I felt misled and disappointed by Del Sol's approach to customer service. Due to this experience, I have decided to keep the defective product and will not be making any future purchases from Del Sol. Customer service should be about making things right for the customer, especially when the product is faulty. Unfortunately, Del Sol has failed to meet these basic expectations."
